NEW ALBANY, Ind. – The IU Southeast women's tennis team lost a tight match to the University of Southern Indiana on Sunday 6-3.

The Grenadiers (6-2) started the match with a win at No. 2 doubles as Haley Jones and Katie Morrison defeated Elizabeth Skinner and Jenny Mizikar 8-4.

Katie Walsh defeated Liz Wilm 7-5 (7-4), 4-6, 1-0 (10-6) at No. 2 singles and Katherine Clark defeated Kim Brannon 6-4, 2-6, 1-0 (10-4).

The Grenadiers host Bellarmine on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
