NEW ALBANY, Ind. – IU Southeast athletics announced their honorees for the Spring 2026 Athletic Director's Honor Roll Thursday morning.
For a student athlete to qualify for the A.D. Honor Roll award, they must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.0 or above and must be on the active roster.
The IU Southeast athletic department had 88 student athletes across its nine sports qualify for the award. Additionally, seven of IU Southeast's nine athletic teams had a above a 3.0 GPA. They are volleyball, men's golf, men's tennis, women's tennis, women's basketball, men's basketball, and softball. The athletic department's cumulative GPA for spring 2026 was 3.15.
"We are extremely proud of all of the student athletes for their hard work in the classroom and their academic achievement the Spring of 2026," said IU Southeast Athletic Director
Tod Bannister. "The Grenadiers have upheld a high academic standard while competing at high levels on the athletic fields. The department, the university, and the larger community appreciate all their hard work and efforts."
