NEW ALBANY, Ind. – Katie Fischer tied her season-high with 10 kills as the IU Southeast Grenadiers volleyball team stormed past Midway (6-15, 2-7 KIAC)Tuesday night by scores of 25-12, 25-7, 25-4.

Sara Schum had a solid game with seven kills and Alexis Boudavong added four. Meaghen Tompkins added 24 assists.

The Grenadiers (13-8, 5-2 KIAC) dominated the second set as Kelsey Davidson served for 19 straight points to secure the frame.

The Grenadiers had 10 aces in the match, well above their average of 1.4 per set.

IU Southeast heads to Cincinnati Christian on Thursday before hosting Point Park and Campbellsville in a tri-match on Saturday beginning at 11 a.m.
