NEW ALBANY, Ind. – The IU Southeast volleyball team roared back after dropping the first set of its match against Spalding to defeat the Eagles 20-25, 25-18, 25-21, 25-23.

Michaela Beasley had a match-high 11 kills to lead the Grenadiers. Sara Schum had 10 kills, Brittney Pink had eight and Logan Flannagan added six.

Demi Richardson led the Grenadiers with 22 assists while Meaghen Tompkins added 18 assists.

Stephanie Bradshaw had 31 digs to lead IU Southeast. Schum had 20 digs and Tompkins had 17.

IU Southeast (8-8) hosts KIAC newcomer Rio Grande on Saturday at 2 p.m.
