NEW ALBANY, Ind. – The IU Southeast volleyball team swept Boyce College 25-14, 25-17, 25-17 to earn its first 20-win season since 2011 on Thursday night.

Katie Fischer led the Grenadiers with 10 kills, Monica Loftus had seven and Lindsey Howell and Mary Dye each had six in the win.

Loftus also led the Grenadiers with 15 digs. Hannah Barker had 23 assists.

The Grenadiers (20-8) limited their attack errors to just 11 in the match.

IU Southeast led comfortably throughout the first set but trailed by three points early in the second set, they trailed 10-7 before outscoring the Bulldogs 18-10 to win the frame.

In the third, IU Southeast never trailed and kept the led at four or five points throughout the set before pulling away late.

IU Southeast travels to Pittsburgh Saturday to take Point Park and Carlow at 2 and 4 p.m.
