NEW ALBANY, Ind. – The IU Southeast offense could not be stopped and starter Morgan Keefer had two dominant pitching performances as IU Southeast rolled past Alice Lloyd College 9-1 and 14-0 on Sunday.

Morgan Keefer (2-0) earned her first two wins of the season and allowed just one run on six combined hits in the two contests.

The Grenadiers recorded 11 hits in game one and 13 hits in game two.

In game one, the Grenadiers struck for two in the first inning when Maggie Lubbehusen hit a two-run single down the third base line.

IU Southeast (16-10) added four more runs in the fourth which was capped off by a two-run double by Sydney Seger.

Morgan Keefer sealed the game with a two-run single to center in the fourth to make it 8-0 and Sydney Seger was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded to end it.

Seger, Lubbehusen, Baylee Krueger and Kyndyl Olds all had two hits in the win.

In game two, the Grenadiers scored runs in every innings and blew the game open with a seven-run third inning.

Morgan Keefer scored three runs and was 2-for-3. Baylee Krueger had two hits and drove in three and Becca Schoenung and Clara each had two hits. Every Grenadier who entered the game scored at least one run in the game.

IU Southeast hosts Cincinnati Christian and Ohio Christian.
