Emilee Organ had nine kills to lead IU Southeast. Izzy Stallard had six kills and Delaney Nichols and Maggie Purichia each added five.

A slow start was the difference in the first set for IU Southeast. The Grenadiers (13-11, 9-5 RSC) fell behind 16-5 before rallying to cut the deficit to 20-15. A kill by Purichia sparked the rally and a pair of kills by Organ and a kill and a block by Nichols got the Grenadiers back in the set.

But the lead was too large to overcome and the Cougars were able to hang on for the first set win.

IU Southeast trailed 12-8 in the second set but the Cougars pulled away on a 11-5 run.  They forced set point on an ace by Lorelei Porter and won the set on a service error.

The Grenadiers put together a great all-around set in the third. Izzy Stallard was the spark offensively as she had three kills during a 9-3 run to open the period. The Grenadiers would race out to a 16-8 lead.

The Cougars rallied to cut the lead to 21-18 but a pair of kills by Organ and Purichia forced set point and a block by Organ and Alexis Franks won the set for the Grenadiers.

The fourth set was all IU Kokomo as they recorded 12 kills to just one error in the final period of play. IU Southeast fell behind 17-4 and did not recover.
