NEW ALBANY, Ind. – Five Grenadiers have been named to the 2025 River States Conference Women's Volleyball All-Conference Teams, the conference announced on Wednesday.
 
Ella Brooks and Haley Jaster were named to the All-RSC First Team, Carly Mason and Madison Ramsey were named to the All-RSC Second Team, and Ella Davidson was named to the All-RSC Third Team.
 
The first, second, and third teams all consist of 14 players regardless of position. The teams are selected via a vote of conference head coaches.
 
Additionally, the RSC is also proud to announce the athletes recognized as their program's Champion of Character. Each team in each River States Conference sponsored sport is asked to nominate one athlete as their Champion of Character. These student-athletes best represent the NAIA's Champions of Character program and its five core values of Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Servant Leadership and Sportsmanship.
 
Brooks, a senior from Carmel, Ind., was named to the All-RSC First Team. This marks the fourth straight season Brooks has been named to an All-RSC Team. Brooks is having the most efficient season of her career in 2025 with a career-best 3.53 kills/set and a hitting percentage of .264. She is second in the RSC in kills/set and sixth in total kills with 311.
 
Jaster, a graduate student from Midland, Mich., was named to the All-RSC First Team for the second straight season. Jaster has been a force in the middle for the Grenadiers. She is second in the conference with a hitting percentage of .342. She is currently 12^th in the RSC in kills/set with 2.63.
 
Carly Mason, a sophomore from Terre Haute, Ind., was named to the All-RSC Second Team for the first time in her career. Mason broke out in her sophomore campaign in 2025. She is third in the RSC with 8.62 assists/set and fourth in the RSC in total assists with 793. She has also been one of the conference's best servers as she's second in the RSC in service aces (56) and service aces/set (0.61).
 
Madison Ramsey, a sophomore from Odon, Ind., was named to the All-RSC Second Team for the first time in her career. Ramsey has been one of the best defensive middles in the conference this season. She is currently tied for third in the RSC with 0.85 blocks/set. She has also had a career year offensively with 1.84 kills/set and a .262 hitting percentage.
 
Ella Davidson, a sophomore from Georgetown, Ind., was named to the All-RSC Third Team for the second straight season. Davidson donned the libero jersey for the second straight season for the Grenadiers. She is currently 7^th in the RSC with 4.09 digs/set and 9^th in total digs with 368.
