MICHIGAN – The IU Southeast men's tennis team went 2-1 to open their season, defeating Alma College and The University of Olivet while falling to Albion College.
IU Southeast took the doubles point against Alma.

IU Southeast took the first three singles matches to take a 4-1 lead, which would go on to be the final score as the final two singles matches went unfinished.

Paxton Evitts won at #2 Singles 6-7, 6-3, 6-1.
Elijah Brosmer won at #3 Singles 6-2, 7-6 to give IU Southeast a 4-1 win.
IU Southeast only scored two points against Albion College.

IU Southeast closed out the weekend with a 6-1 win against Olivet. IU Southeast swept the doubles matches to take the doubles point.

IU Southeast (2-1) will compete in the ITA Regionals this week.
