NEW ALBANY, Ind – Senior Terence Billups had 18 points to lead IU Southeast to a 77-67 win over Brescia on Senior Night.
Three other Grenadiers scored in double-figures. Jake Simpson had 16, Cameron Mitchell had 12 and Kegan Clark had 10.
The swarming Grenadier defense forced 26 Bearcat turnovers in the game and IU Southeast scored 34 points off Brescia miscues.
Myron Christian had 17 points and Brett Jackson added 16 for the Bearcats.
IU Southeast (24-4, 14-1 KIAC) shot 50 percent from the field and 41 percent (11-27) from three-point range.
IU Southeast hosts Alice Lloyd on Saturday at 2 p.m. in a KIAC quarterfinal.
