NEW ALBANY, Ind. – Jake Simpson had 22 points and seven rebounds as IU Southeast moved its home-court winning streak to 28 games in a 92-75 win.

The No.3-ranked Grenadiers (13-3, 7-0 KIAC) started the game sluggishly and trailed by as many as nine early in the first half. IU Southeast trailed 13-7 before going on a 27-10 run midway through the first half and took a 43-33 leads into halftime..

In the second half, Alice Lloyd stayed within arm's length, trailing by between six and 10 points until the 7:30 mark of the half. Simpson hit key baskets during that stretch so the Eagles could not get closer.

Aishon White had 18 points, six rebounds and three steals in his home debut. Vernon Payne had 12 points and 11 rebounds in the win.

Tyler Rogers had 21 points and 12 rebounds in a losing effort.

IU Southeast heads to Berea on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
