NEW ALBANY, Ind. – IU Southeast's offense went cold as the Grenadiers fell to Alice Lloyd 77-76 in double overtime on Saturday.
The Grenadiers (3-13, 0-5 KIAC) had chances at the end of regulation and both overtimes but the shots would not fall.
Jake Simpson's shots fell short at the end of regulation and first overtime. Simpson had 33 points in the loss.
On the final play of the game, Aaron Hayes's shot missed and Parker Henes could not get the putback to go down.
The Grenadiers' offense went cold in the second half and overtime periods. They shot just 22 percent (11-of-49) from the field.
Joe Jackson had 10 points and 11 rebounds off the bench for the Grenadiers.
IU Southeast's largest lead was at halftime when they led 37-30.
