NEW ALBANY, Ind. – Four Grenadiers scored in double-figures and IU Southeast shot 54 percent from the field as IU Southeast defeated Midway 102-65 on Thursday.
Jocobi Hendricks led the way with 20 points and eight assists.
Lane Lauderbaugh had 19 points and nine rebounds,
Armani Carr had 16 points and nine rebounds and
Caleb Brown had 11 points.
IU Southeast outrebounded Midway 46-34 which led to 25 second-chance points and forced 15 turnovers which led to 19 points.
The difference in the game was on the perimeter as the Grenadiers shot 48 percent from three-point range and hit 14 three-pointers to Midway's six.
The Grenadiers opened the game on a 14-2 run and did not look back.
The Eagles cut the lead to 27-22 with eight minutes to play in the half but IU Southeast closed the frame on a 21-8 run.

IU Southeast shot 56 percent from the field in the second half and was 8-of-14 from three-point range as the Grenadiers led by as many as 40 points in the second half.
The Grenadiers blew the game open in style by hitting three-straight three-pointers.
Caleb Brown hit two and
Armani Carr followed to extend the lead to 83-50.
IU Southeast hosts Miami-Middletown on Saturday at 3 p.m. Senior Day festivities will begin prior to the contest at 2:55 p.m. Admission is free.
