NEW ALBANY, Ind. – The IU Southeast men's basketball team continued their strong start to the season with a 90-62 win over Miami-Middletown on Tuesday.
Nathaniel Hoffman scored eight points in the first three minutes to give IU Southeast an early 8-3 lead. The Grenadiers took their first double digit lead five minutes into the game as they led 17-7.
The lead remained in double digits for the rest of the first half as IU Southeast led 44-30 at halftime.
The Grenadiers led by as any as 30 in the second half as IU Southeast cruised to a 90-62 win.
Five Grenadiers were in double figures, and 14 different players scored.
Nathaniel Hoffman led IU Southeast with 14 points,
Bailey Temming had 13 points and nine rebounds off the bench. The trio of
Abel Shreve,
Keaton Baird, and
Keith Robinson all had 10 points apiece.
Trent Hinkle and
Eli Meyer led IU Southeast with four assists apiece.

IU Southeast moves to 3-0 on the year. The Grenadiers return to action on Thursday against Campbellsville in a neutral site game at the University of the Cumberlands.
