KINSTON, N.C.- The IU Southeast baseball team's offense came back to live on Tuesday night with an 8-3 victory over Edward Waters.
Junior shortstop Trey Richard went four for five with four RBI and junior centerfielder Mychal Harris had three hits and scored three runs.
Senior Drew Evans got his sixth win of the year after pitching five and a third innings of work. He gave up six hits and three runs, one earned.
The Grenadiers (26-27) knocked around Edward Waters' starter John Jones who gave up five runs (two earned) on eight hits in four and a third innings of work. He walked five and struck out two.
IU Southeast will face Talladega Wednesday night at 6 p.m. Talladega defeated Fisher 11-9 on Tuesday.
