NEW ALBANY, Ind. – IU Southeast baseball anxiously awaits to see if they are selected during the NAIA Baseball Selection Show tonight at 5 PM ET/4 PM CT.
Opening Round sites are played May 12-15. Of the opening round sites, four will feature four teams, and six will play within five-team brackets, and all sites are double-elimination. In all, 46 teams will converge on the 10 host sites, playing for 10 positions in the Avista-NAIA Baseball World Series, played at Harris Field in Lewiston, Idaho from May 23-31.
IU Southeast is ranked 18
th in the NAIA Coaches' Poll and will look to get an at-large bid to the Opening Round. The River States Conference only had one auto-bid this season, down from two in previous seasons.
