NEW ALBANY, Ind. –South Central High School senior Hunter Stark has signed to play tennis for IU Southeast, Grenadier Head Coach Yancey Walters announced today.

Stark is a four-year letter recipient at South Central. Hunter finished with 38 career wins. He played No.1 and No. 2 singles for the Rebels. His high school awards include: Team MVP in singles 2011 and '12, Harrison County Champion in #1 Singles 2011, All-Conference #1 Singles 2011, Academic All-State Honorable Mention, Senior State All-Star Team 2012 representing the Southeast Region. Hunter is the first and only player in SC history to make the All-District team for District 5 and an All-State Honorable Mention.

"Hunter is a tremendous athlete and a great student," head coach Yancey Walters said. "He is a great addition to the tennis program here at IU Southeast and will be a great asset for us moving forward."
