NEW ALBANY, Ind. – The IU Southeast women's tennis lost its final home match of the fall 8-1 to Bellarmine University on Friday.

The Grenadiers (7-3) normally solid doubles teams could not get on track as IU Southeast lost all three to open the match.

Whitney Batliner and Dana Frank fell to Evann Waschuk and Caitlin Hanley 8-5. Haley Jones and Katie Morrison lost to Bess Fley and Sydney Thompson 8-4 and Maddie Ikerd and Katie Walsh lost 8-3 Marissa Kovach and Mairin Cotter 8-3.

Haley Jones picked up an impressive 6-3, 6-1 win over Bess Fley to pick up the Grenadiers' only victory in the match.

The Grenadiers head to the KIAC Tournament at Asbury University next Friday.
