OXFORD, Ohio – Officials of the River States Conference released the 2026 River States Conference Women's Tennis All-Conference Teams. Three members of the IU Southeast women's tennis team earned All-RSC honors.
Libby Banet was Second Team All-Conference. Banet played in the one spot for the Grenadiers this season. Banet's doubles partner, Kate Halbig, was also named Second Team All-Conference. Maci Vaugh was the third Grenadier named Second Team All-Conference. Banet, Halbig, and Vaughn helped lead the Grenadiers to a third-place finish in the conference and a No. 3 seed in the upcoming RSC Tournament.
The RSC also released the 2026 Women's Tennis Champion of Character Team. Those selected to the Champion of Character Team are nominated by their coaches for best exhibiting the five core values the NAIA embraces, which are Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Servant Leadership, and Sportsmanship. Representing IU Southeast women's tennis on the 2026 River States Conference Women's Tennis Champions of Character Team Anellah Trujillo.
IU Southeast will take on No. 6 IU Kokomo in Owensboro, Ky., at 1:00 p.m. EST on Thursday in round one of the 2026 River States Conference Women's Tennis Tournament.
