WILMORE, Ky. - The men's tennis team came up short against Asbury for their first conference loss of the season. The Eagles took a 3-0 lead after sweeping the doubles with the closest match coming from the No. 2 doubles pairing of Daulton Fensler and Brock Winchell who lost 8-3.

In singles action the Grenadiers were only able to win at No. 3 singles where Brock Winchell defeated Julian Tellez 6-1, 6-1. All other singles matches were decided in straight sets giving Asbury the 8-1 victory.

Up next for the Grenadiers will be Oakland City on April 19 at home.
