NEW ALBANY, Ind. - The women's tennis team came out strong dominating doubles play with scores of 8-2, 8-1 and 8-0 at all three doubles positions. In singles play Tam Horton, Alexis Applegate and Jeannie Soto all swept their opponents without dropping a single game winning by a score of 6-0, 6-0.

Every other singles position was decided in straight sets with Oakland City winning no more than two games in any set giving the Grenadiers a 9-0 victory.

The women are now 9-7 overall (6-1) in conference play heading into their last two regular season matches. They will face IU East in Richmond, IN on Saturday at 1 p.m. and Senior Day against Marian at 12 p.m. on Sunday at IU Southeast on Senior Day.
