EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The IU Southeast women's tennis team fell 4-0 to IU Kokomo in the opening round of the 2023 River States Conference Tennis Championships on Friday.

IU Kokomo took the doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles. Anna Littlefield and Katie Weimer won their doubles match 6-1 at No. 1 doubles for IU Southeast.

In singles play, a 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 4 singles by Reiley Heiser over Elana Hamby clinched the match as the Cougars also won at No. 5 and No. 6 singles.
