Mason White was named the River States Conference Baseball Player of the Week for March 11-17.
White, a native of Evansville, Ind., hit .632/.708/1.474 on the week, going 12 for 19 overall with five walks in five games. Eight of his hits went for extra bases with four doubles and four home runs. White also had 13 RBIs as IU Southeast went 4-1 on the week.
In one game against Ohio Christian, White went 1 for 3 with a walk, a stolen base and three runs scored. Against Campbellsville, White went 4 for 4 with a double, a home run and five RBIs.
In a three-game sweep of Rio Grande, White went 7 for 12 with three home runs, a pair of doubles and eight RBIs.
White is currently leading the RSC with 11 HRs and 43 RBIs. He is second in the conference with a .444 batting average.
