OXFORD, Ohio – For the second week in a row, IU Southeast freshman pitcher Weston Harvey has been named River States Conference Pitcher of the Week.
The announcement from the RSC comes after Harvey's outing in game three of last weekend's three-game conference series against Brescia. The freshman right hander from Indianapolis, Ind., pitched 6.0 innings, allowing one run on six hits and nine strikeouts.
It is Harvey's third RSC Pitcher of the Week honor this season. It is also the sixth time this season that a pitcher from IU Southeast has been named Pitcher of the Week by the RSC.
